Booking terms
Your request
A request on this website holds the slot for you. Your appointment is confirmed when you get a confirmation by WhatsApp, text message or email, or when your booking link shows “Confirmed”. If the time doesn’t work, you get a message and the slot becomes free again.
Price and payment
A haircut costs $10 (New Zealand dollars) and takes up to 60 minutes. There is no booking fee. You pay at your appointment.
Where online payment is offered, your booking link and your confirmation show a payment link or bank transfer details once your booking is confirmed. Paying online is optional. If your appointment is cancelled, by you or by the barber, any amount you paid online is refunded.
The address
The address is sent with your confirmation and shown on your booking link. Please don’t share it.
Cancelling or changing
Use your booking link to cancel. Please cancel as early as you can so someone else can take the slot. To change the time, cancel and request a new slot.
If the barber has to cancel, you get a message as early as possible.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
